the spiritual life. So you've had a long history with sports in your life. You've always

been kind of an athlete ever since you were a kid, right? Yeah. Yeah. My dad was an athlete.

My dad played a lot of sports and he was a gymnast back in the day. He's like in the

1940s. So he got us my brother and me. He got us going in sports right away. I remember

distinctly my dad teaching me how to throw baseball and get the coordination of the arm
