Summary
Bishop Barron is back from the Philippines and catches us up on what's been going on, including his recent interfaith dialogue event on Pope Francis and the environment. He also reflects on why so many Evangelicals are drawn to the Pope, and takes a question from a listener wondering how God could allow natural evils such as tsunamis, earthquakes, and animal violence.

| 0:18.6 | So let's catch everyone up a little bit on what's been going on in your life. I don't |
| 0:23.0 | think we've talked since you've returned from the Philippines. So give us maybe some of |
| 0:26.4 | your quick impressions of that long and great trip. Oh my gosh. Yeah. It was, you're right. |
| 0:31.9 | It was a long trip from LA to Manila. It was 15 hours. And that was an unforgettable day |

| 0:43.8 | off we went because we arrived, I don't know, sometime in the morning. And then what I thought |
| 0:48.8 | was going to be one talk became an afternoon with Bishop Barron. So I gave the talk. Then |

| 1:26.7 | the next day we flew to Sabu where the international or Eucharist of Congress was held. And I gave |
| 1:33.4 | a talk to 15,000 people in the big arena. So that was, that was just a thrill. The, the |
| 1:39.9 | third talk I gave was to about 5,000 young people who were gathered in a little town outside |
| 1:46.3 | of Sabu. And I get to the arena and it is like, happened with music and there's lasers |
| 1:51.6 | going on. There's a pop singer singing. The kids are all jumping around. And I said to |
| 1:56.2 | the organizer, now there's something in between this and my talk, right? And she said, no, |
