| 0:11.3 | Bishop Aaron is not with me today. He's recovering from his long trip to the Philippines. He just got back to his residence in Santa Barbara, California. |
| 0:21.2 | He was over in the Philippines for about a week for the International Eucharistic Congress. He gave three talks there. |
| 0:28.5 | He spoke to thousands and thousands of people. By all accounts, it was a mesmerizing event. |
| 0:33.6 | One of the highlights was the Eucharistic procession, which featured upwards of a million people marching through the streets of the Philippines with the Blessed Sacrament. |
| 0:43.2 | It was a hope-filled, joy-filled adventure, but he's just catching his breath now after returning. |
| 0:50.4 | So in lieu of a conversation, we thought for this episode, we would share the full talk that he gave at the Eucharistic Congress. |

| 1:41.6 | And I'll repeat to you what I said to them, which is, I don't know any church right now in the world. |
| 1:47.7 | That's more vibrant than the Filipino Church. And so just to be among you, it's true. |

| 1:55.6 | You know, in my country, I'm from Chicago, spent many years there. Now I'm auxiliary bishop in LA. |
| 2:01.8 | And in both those places, it's the Filipino community, which is keeping the church alive. |

| 2:12.0 | to come here and be with you is a great thrill for me. And I'm happy to be able to communicate that to you. |
