It is rather to give you a divine perspective on this earthly predicament. We've come to the

third woe in Habakkuk chapter number two. It's found in verses 12, 13, and 14, and this

particular woe is on violence. Now, that's significant because

violence is a mark of Satan's work. Violence is a mark of the flesh, of anger and wrath. It is

never a mark of the Lord's nature, of the meekness and gentleness of Christ. There certainly

is a time to stand, there's a time to fight, as a time to defend. There are righteous battles

that's born out in scripture, but to simply be violent and to inflict harm on others and to

is inexcusable. And that's why we read in Habakkuk chapter 2 beginning in verse number 12,

woe to him that buildeth a town with blood and establisheth a city by iniquity.
