Solomon closes the book of Ecclesiastes with these words. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter.

Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. Each of us have been given only one life. What will we do

with it? Life. It's not a game. And in this journey through the book of Ecclesiastes,

Now, that exact scenario happened to the man who's writing the book we're studying now. That's exactly the story of Solomon's interaction with God. Do you remember

God said you can have anything you want? And Solomon said, I need wisdom. Above everything else,

I need wisdom. And God said, you've chosen well.

I'm going to give you extra wisdom,

but I'm going to also give you all the other things you could have asked for.

Seeky first, the kingdom of God and his righteousness,

And when you read Solomon's writings,

repeatedly you'll see the priority that is given to wisdom.

Wisdom is the principal thing.
