I know we were just talking about how you learned Whole Sailing from Whole Sailing Inc.

Right. And now you're on the show. It's pretty, pretty crazy, honestly. I religiously

listened to Whole Sailing, and yeah, it's pretty, pretty wild that I'm on it now. It's pretty crazy.

That is cool. I'm so, I'm so excited to be a part of that journey. So take me back to religiously

listening to Whole Sailing. How did you hear about Whole Sailing? It's kind of crazy. So when I was

living in Denver, I was in grad school for sports psychology, which is a whole another thing.

And I was studying, and I was just trying to think, okay, what can I do outside of what I'm studying?

And real estate has always been something that has been interesting to me. My mom always,

she would play rich dad for dad. So I had those these things in my mind. So real estate was always
