but also wholesaling also like just building your wealth talk to me talk to me about what's going on in your life.

Yeah forever grateful you know I think when you get to a certain level which you have gotten to that level and have been at some time you don't really know what the ripple effect is right.

And you and I knew each other some years ago 2017 not like some interaction friendly but not not a crazy amount of interaction right but everything that you said resonated

and I took it really serious and for me it wasn't a focus of like oh I'm trying to get rich it's never been about that for me.

I just I just don't care enough about it right for me it was like it's time to propel us to where I wasn't as good then as I am now at designing my life you know my business to suit my life

but there's still a seed in there that was like you know this isn't about the money I just want to be able to like go boating and pay for it.

I want to be serving tables on a Sunday while my football teams playing or whatever right and so we listened to everything that you said I will just jump into the story.

I started wholesaling in the Phoenix market I was living in Boise Idaho my mom was on fire and you know my mom.
