What's up everybody? This is Chris Cratton with RBI Revive, and I am so excited to be back here with some of my good buds, Tyler and Andrew.

They have started their business and gone from zero to the whole goal if you've ever read zero to one, which is an amazing book.

How do you get that first deal? Well, they've gone zero to 60 in their first year, just absolutely killing it.

And then they came in and jumped into RBI Revive to monetize their dead leads and pay for all of their marketing and just have gone zero to 60 there as well.

So one of the questions here is the question we're really going to dive into is what has caused the quick success?

What is something that we can learn so that when we're jumping in, we can move quickly, and I'm just excited to hear about that.

So Andrew, Tyler, tell us about yourself, like what got you in the real estate?

Tell us when you started, where you are now, and yeah, just tell us a little bit about yourself.

Sure. I'll start, Tyler, if you don't mind. Tyler and I go way back though, we're good buddies from college.

So we got into it together, just looking to a couple of buddies trying to get into real estate.

And it was just about a year ago now, we were actually trying to purchase a flipped home from a wholesaler.

And Tyler and I didn't know what wholesaling was. So we thought we were going to be just rental property owners, house slippers, that kind of thing.

No idea what the concept of wholesaling was, and we learned it from the wholesaler we were trying to buy that property from.

Thankfully, that property didn't work out. We probably would have failed. Him and I aren't cut out to do house slipping, rental properties, anything like that.

And once we realized what wholesaling was and dug into that a little bit, it just kind of hit both of us like a ton of bricks.

Like this fits our skillset so much better than anything else. He's in sales. I'm in sales.
