If they want to have the conversation through text,

then I'm not going to say, hey, we need to get on the phone.

I'm going to continue to text.

Now, if they want to, if they call me, or if they say, hey, we need to talk,

then absolutely, I'm going to get on the phone with them.

But I was really following the lead of the seller.

And that's pretty much how I do almost all of my closings,

which is just really using my intuition

and just getting a read on what the seller wants.
