Okay, a debate for the ages so you can be ringing that victory bell every day.

So I was challenged online about how to treat as a wholesaler your cash buyers. The real estate wolf and the real estate

Rhino, that's me, we had two different opinions about this. So I'm going to state the case now I just

want to say something guys you know sometimes on Facebook things get a little out of

hand there's some mud slinging that goes on on we're going to keep it clean

and there's nothing wrong with a healthy debate it's always good to learn something new from someone else's perspective.

And we both have a long successful history in real estate investing.

we find a lot of wholesalers who have who number one they either have there's a few problems

that a lot of new wholesalers have first of all they accidentally instead of

creating a wholesaling business they create a wholesaling job.
