Yeah, so we did just under 1.5 in revenue. In total, we spent about

109,000 in marketing for the year. Did primarily wholesale, some flips, bought some more rental

properties, and that's about it. You know, that's pretty much our entire system here.

things as investors. And we ended up beating out another offer. So we bought that house. We
