So 2025 was your best year?

Yes.

Tell me about it.

Yeah, so we did just under 1.5 in revenue. In total, we spent about

109,000 in marketing for the year. Did primarily wholesale, some flips, bought some more rental

properties, and that's about it. You know, that's pretty much our entire system here.

109,000 in marketing to make 1.5. I mean, the ROI and that's bananas. So what are you doing?

We only market to realtors. That's what we do. So we, and then we'll have realtors that bring us

repeat deals. Yeah. So, I mean, there's a lady. She had a house listed on the

MLS. We made a pretty low offer or low for their standards, but pretty fair for where we see

things as investors. And we ended up beating out another offer. So we bought that house. We

flipped it. We made 30 grand flip in that house.

And then a few months later, she had a pocket listing that she just brought directly to me

instead of listing it on the MLS. And we wholesaled that one and made 40 grand wholesaling it.
