So today I'm going to talk about five types of owner finance deals, and I'm going to try to

give actually real life examples of each one because I love, love, love, love real estate wholesaling,

and I also love creative deals. I have made a lot of money

with owner financing probably in the millions. And so I'm going to share some of these

strategies with you because you always have to have your eyes open. Man, man, man, there is a lot of

money and opportunity that other investors do not see. And a lot of these require little to no money down.
