He's been with the Landsharks community for about three years now and he was actually one of my first Landsharks students.

I didn't even have a course at the time I just walked him through step by step by step and one of the most amazing things about Lance is he just took action immediately and would literally call me the next day and say I'm done.

What's the next steps so he was actually making me hustle to train him along so he made me grow as a coach but some of the things Lance is going to be talking about today is how his lifestyle design is how he's achieved freedom.

How he literally just moved from Colorado to Hawaii because he's a land investor with passive income passive income.

The definition of it is he's earning money you know for sometimes several years for work that he did today.
