this whole commission sharing lawsuit was truly about? It was about the fact that when a listing

agent was presenting to a seller, the belief was, though I don't really believe this, but the belief

was and was that the seller

wasn't given a choice as to whether or not they're going to pay a buyer agent commission.

The buyer agent commission was going to be 2.5% or 3% no negotiation.

And if any negotiation were to happen and come off the listing side of the commission,
