Summary
Catherine, David and Matt are together to discuss the start of the clay court season and a fascinating week of coaching changes on both tours.
Part one - Coaching carousel (00:00 - 33:55). With the news that Iga Swiatek has hired Francisco Roig, we talk about whether her training block in Mallorca with Rafael Nadal can help inspire her for the clay court season ahead. Could this be just the boost Swiatek needs? What are some of the potential challenges in this partnership with Roig? Elsewhere, there’s a rundown of how Roig ditched Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard who has now hired Greg Rusedski, and Amanda Anisimova’s ongoing search for a new coach.
Part two - WTA and ATP Tour Results (33:56 - 1:10:50). We cover Jessica Pegula’s title run in Charleston which was filled with three set matches, Matt makes an unsolicited Pegula prediction, and there’s a note on the importance of Charleston offering equal prize money and the incredible story of finalist Yulia Starodubtseva. On the men’s side, Tommy Paul won his first clay court title in Houston and Rafael Jodar made everyone pay attention to his talent by winning the title in Marrakech. Plus, David gets to talk about two of his favourite things - the Drop Shot Dragon and playing football with Diego Maradona - thanks to Marco Trungelliti and Roman Andres Burruchaga both having career best weeks.
Part three - Monte Carlo Preview (1:10:50 - 1:24:13). Will we get our first Jannik Sinner-Carlos Alcaraz match of 2026?

| 0:37.0 | it was on this show a year ago that I also texted the group to tell you about a Stephanos and Petros Sitsapass doubles match that I was watching in Montecaro. |
| 0:46.5 | I was so into Montecarlo that I was just seeking out doubles before the singles had started. |
| 0:54.0 | And actually, I was doing that again yesterday with the Annexinner's doubles. |
| 0:57.0 | That was the first match on the main court and very much enjoyed it. |

| 1:09.2 | Don't call it a comeback. |
| 1:12.6 | We missed you, Matt. How are you doing? |
| 1:19.4 | Very well. Thank you. I did miss an extra show than have been planned. So thank you, Matt Futterman, for stepping in last week on the live show. I very much enjoyed being a listener for a |
| 1:24.8 | couple of shows, but it's good to be back. And yeah, this is one of the great |
| 1:29.6 | weeks of the sporting calendar, I think, with Monte Carlo in the tennis, the Masters Golf. |
| 1:36.9 | Yeah, it's a good time to be a fan of those two sports. Yeah, it is one of those very, very special |
| 1:43.6 | weeks. Montec Carlo is already underway. |
| 1:46.1 | We'll be talking about that later in the show. |
| 1:47.7 | We'll be looking back on the tournaments that have just wrapped up in Charleston and Bogota and Houston and Marrakesh and Bucharest. |
| 1:58.5 | But before all of that, we need to start, I think, with some headline coaching news, |
| 2:06.5 | a little coaching carousel segment. Now, usually these segments come at the end of the year, |
