1:48.1	We took off at 235 and, yeah, got back to New York about 5.30.

1:55.2	I hate it, Matt, when they tell you specifically what is going wrong with your plane and or airline.
2:03.9	Just tell me we're delayed because the captain is rescuing a puppy from the runway.
2:09.1	Don't say you're sourcing a replacement part or that you've run out of fuel or that there are no pilots.
2:18.4	Don't definitely don't tell me that.
2:20.6	If you need to tell me anything, lie to me.
