Hey, everybody, welcome to the single tracks podcast. My name is Jeff and today Leah and

Greg and I are going to be talking about wildlife on the mountain bike trail. From the outside,

it might appear that mountain bikers are living the wildlife, but one of the reasons many of us

ride is simply to catch a glimpse of the wildlife. We're going to share some of our

own experiences with wildlife on the trail and also talk about some extreme cases of wildlife

encounters that have been in the news over the last few years. And finally, we're going to share

tips for dealing with various animals that one might encounter on the mountain bike trail.
