This week on London Real I have a one-to-one chat with Vitza Vandeworth, the founder of Blackfish.

The scale of what we're destroying in the oceans, which essentially is the largest biodiversity we have on this planet,

which is really the life support system we have.

The level of destruction is just astronomical and we're not seeing it, it's not visible.

We're talking corporations that are breaking the law, destroying the environment, destroying what essentially allows us to live on this planet, the ocean.

A strong movement of citizens that say we've had enough of this stuff, like we just don't stand for it.

Do you ever think your life's in danger about what you're doing?

I mean we have to be careful, you know, we're dealing with big interest.

When a species is this endangered, do we need more lobbying?

Do we need more lobbying? Do we need more... A fully trained drone pilot sits on shore is literally steering it and you're getting a live stream.

And who makes that call to go in and cut the nets?

I mean, is that your call? That is our case the Blackfish's call.

This week on the show we welcome Vitza Vanderworth and he is the founder of an

organization called Blackfish and besides being a very cool sounding name

these guys have a very serious mission,

and that is to prevent the overfishing of our oceans,

which they believe could leave to very serious issues for us in the future when it comes to

ecology in general and what I really like about these guys is that they take action

they actually go out there and when they see some things that are not being done correctly,

some laws that are being broken, they don't mind putting on the scuba gear and cutting nets if that's necessary whether it's to free
