in health behavior change. She runs a coaching program called Casey, your in health behavior change.

She runs a coaching program called KJO coaching, where she does coaching around the mindset more so than what a lot of coaches are doing is just like giving macro plans and that type of thing.

You know, Casey's program is focused on really helping to change behavior and change the mindset that helps to change behavior, which is what we're going to be talking about today.
