People do not do what they do not understand. Many times you may explain ketogenic diet by telling them what to eat - this is a mistake because you did not tell them what it is and why they need to do it. So no action is going to take place.
I would explain it like this:
Ketogenic diet is a condition which allows your body to burn excess fat off your body and use fat as your primary fuel. Ketones are the byproduct of fat burning. The reason WHY you need to do it because ketones are a superior fuel source for your brain, your heart and your hormones. It will improve your mood, your memory and your energy.
INTERMITTENT FASTING: Is not a diet, its a frequency of eating and not eating. The reason WHY you need to do it is to trigger the key hormone for fat burning and anti-aging.
