No matter how much we dedicate ourselves to studying the craft, each new novel is its own

adventure. In some ways I feel as if I have to learn

how to write a novel all over again with every story. There are never two stories alike,

which can be frustrating at times. But ultimate leads the grand adventure of it all that makes it so exciting and worthwhile.
