| 0:33.2 | Now there are several reasons why you need to do the ketogenic diet and one of the reasons is longevity. |
| 0:39.2 | Any time you do a diet you have to think long term is this sustainable, okay? |
| 0:44.2 | Most people go off diets because of the cravings and one of the most powerful things about the ketogenic diet is it will get rid of your cravings. |
| 0:53.2 | You have no cravings, you'll be able to do it long term. |
| 0:57.2 | We live in an environment that is so tempting with the breads and pasta and cereal and crackers and biscuits and all these things. |
| 1:03.2 | And if you're craving these things, forget it, you're not going to be able to stick to it. |
