0:59.2 | Now I do recommend seven to ten cups of salad or vegetables per day. |
1:05.5 | That would equal 3.5 to 5 grams of carbs, extremely low. |
1:14.5 | You're allowed 20 grams to 50 grams, okay. |
1:18.8 | And your huge salad that provides a lot of benefit is only going to count for 3.5 to 5 grams, |

1:27.5 | So the overall calories and grams of carbohydrates in the salad that you eat are just such a small |
