Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minisodes. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. The bottom line to all of this is what is in the way of us allowing

ourselves to be visible because when you want to start a podcast and you lean into that, there is

something that you feel you want to express in the world and you're like, Hell yes, like that part.

Ooh, I want to do that. Then you go to do it and then there's like, well, I'm worried about the

artwork or what should I call it and really the avatar that we play, you know, I play this

avatar, Kathy Heller and I've changed your bunch. I changed your hair color recently. People seem

to like it. I changed your clothes. The personality has changed a lot since I was like five and nine.

I know that right. The avatar, I changed her up the more that I heard Deepak say when he was on

my podcast, he's like, I think the avatar changes unless you run for president, you have stayed the

same since you're seven and a half and I was like, that was hysterical. So true. Anyway, so the

avatar is always changing. But it's interesting how that avatar, right, this ego, you know, that we

all have this kind of sabotage or this part of our mind that is always protecting us, you know,

that whole thing. It will find sneaky ways to distract you from what's really here. And so it'll be

like, if you could just figure out the name, everything would just flow. If you could just figure out

the artwork, the funnel sequence of how you collect emails, this would be amazing. But because that's

so tricky, this just feels like molasses. And it's just trying to take you off of what really it is.

And what really it is is this is as simple as how much of capacity do I have to be seen? How fully

can I allow myself to be visible and what comes up in my solar plexus on a somatic level in my
