| 1:13.1 | speaking up. Mostly it's when they're at that age, mostly they get out of that. They usually |
| 1:20.4 | don't hang around. I've often found, and maybe you have too, that older people, a lot of them |

| 1:31.1 | It just means some people feel like, oh, I'm too old to do anything about it. |
| 1:34.9 | And I'm here to say that don't ever think that you're too old to try to make changes that |
