infidelity so I was listening to Esther Perel yeah Esther Perel yesterday

and I don't know if you listen to her but she's pretty amazing and one of the things that I think

makes her so powerful is she's able to turn the rock over you know she's able to shed light on things that we either don't, we just either kind of overlook or that we haven't seen and by doing so gives you a fresh perspective.

And so she was talking about infidelity,

and then I went into my own head and tunnel

of thinking about all the people that I've coached over the years, especially couples, and their struggles with healing from infidelity, you know?

And by the way, infidelity is probably one of the hardest things to overcome when it comes to

to healing and moving on. It's one of the hardest things overcome in a relationship.

And it's kind of obvious why, because, you know, just because you make a decision to forgive
