Jim Jordan, passed a resolution yesterday advancing contempt of Congress charges against Attorney General

Merrick Garland over his refusal to turn over audio of President Biden's interview with a special counsel looking into

allegations that Biden mishandled classified documents. Special counsel Robert Herr declined to prosecute,

but why let it drop? Keep a bad thing going is what the Republicans always say. President Biden refused to

turn over the recordings citing executive privilege. Now, a full vote before Congress is not expected

to pass, but if it somehow does, the contempt of Congress charges will then be handed over to Attorney General Merrick Garland,

who will have to decide whether to prosecute himself, which he probably will do just to come across as fair.

Calling it a betrayal of Israel, the Republican-controlled House passed a resolution yesterday,
