Summary

Welcome to the Boost Hospitality Podcast The following has been created by the lovely Kathryn of team Boostly   Mark stresses the importance of having a great TripAdvisor page for business. He covers the impactful effects that TripAdvisor reviews can have on your property, as well as how using the “Business Listing” will work to your advantage.        More information about this podcast series I decided to do something a little different with my new podcast.   I wanted to release all 6 episodes in a "Netflix" stylee   Boost Hospitality or Boostly as is known is my business www.boostly.co.uk is the website   I work with Independent Hospitality Owners in the UK to boost their direct bookings and to help them with all of their marketing needs   I also run a Free Facebook Hospitality Group with one of the largest hospitality communities in the UK, (Come and join > Hospitality Community) Why me?   Well, for the last three years, I have been running my family hospitality business I have been getting up at 6 am to get breakfast ready, then not getting to bed until 10 pm at night.   I have shared the same issues with the online travel agents   I have felt lonely in hospitality   I wanted to do something about it   Luckily, I know how to market a business   It is what I used to do before coming back into the family business.   I wanted to find somewhere to build a community of Independent Hospitality Owners   I couldn't find one   So, I created one!    This was May 2016   Over the last year, Boostly has gone from strength to strength   Now, I wanted to take it to the next level and create a podcast.   Every episode is going to be less than 15 minutes long, keep it short and simple, that is the goal   Every episode will give you a simple and actionable tip that you can do RIGHT NOW to boost your bookings.   Listen   Take Action Then get in touch via Facebook   All the show notes and additional extras can be found on the website www.boostly.co.uk/podcast
