providing a little extra motivation to help you keep that fitness promise you made to yourself.

Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013. I'm averaging about 21,000 steps

a day. I'm walking right now. And I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

It is cloudy, a little cooler than normal and pretty windy today.

So got that wind chill thing going on.

Still wearing the shorts.

But up top, got the hoodie and my ski cap to keep my ears warm.

So today's episode, for whatever reason, did not release when it was supposed to.

Without getting too technical and too behind the scenes for you, I load the episodes before they are to release and go into my

podcast platform and schedule it to release at 301 a.m. Eastern time. And then when I wake up,

one of the first things I do is check and make sure that that morning's

episode has released.

Well, this morning, it had not.

And, you know, I only know so much of what I can do.

So I went into my platform and saw that it was there,

but it was pending. I'm not sure why it was pending.

So I thought, well, maybe it just needs a little jumpstart.

So I pushed a button that said, release now, publish now.

I thought, well, there you go.

Still nothing.
