One, two, three, we are live. Welcome back. This is another Sunday debrief at the beach with Tim and Julie Harris. Just a warning for all of you. This is not our normal podcasting format. We are literally sitting at the beach, looking at the ocean, here in Puerto Rico.

As a lot of you know, we live here.

And this is a tradition that Julie and I have been doing for almost 30 years that we've been

married.

We always debrief once a week.

And yeah, so what we're going to do is have you guys start joining us for those debriefs.

We did our first live one last week. We're not going to

edit this. We're not going to worry about background noise. If some kids come screaming by,

you're just going to have to hear them scream by. Flux of parrots. Flots of parrots.

Could be anything. Just never know. You never know. And just, I mean, as we sit here,

it's so funny. Julie and I are just leaning as we sit here, it's so funny.

Julie and I are just leaning against a wall here looking out into the ocean.

And no matter what stressful things or, you know, anything was bouncing on in our brain, just being here so relaxing.

It's amazing.

So what we're going to do this week.

Last week we just sort of talked about a variety of things

that sort of centered around why we moved to Puerto Rico

because we've been getting a lot of calls about that.

But what we're going to do,

we're going to talk about something else
