0:02.7	And if you want to know the secret to get in there, and today we're discussing. Very important topic, something that many people struggle with. And that is why is the first million the hardest? Now, getting started and then actually gaining traction is one of the most difficult stages of starting a business, entrepreneurship, or multifamily investing for that matter. So many people
0:55.4	quit three feet from gold. We were guilty, but we reengaged. I went out and bought a house,
1:01.2	spent some seed money. Fortunately, within three weeks, I was bored again and I had to keep going.
1:06.2	So very lucky there that I had the Gino sticking with me. Again, many people believe multifamily
1:11.2	investing is this pie in the sky. They see it. It's not for me. It's for people that were born with
1:16.0	money. It's from people that came from money. It just happens. It's not for me. I don't know how
1:19.8	they get there. You look it over. You see the sports cars and the mansions. I don't know how they got it, but it's just not for me. Gang, I started out as a pharmaceutical rep,
1:30.5	which I can't even spell. Okay, if you asked me to spell it right now, I'm not going to be able spell it. And Gino started out as a pizza guy and didn't even have the luxury of making the pizzas,
1:35.1	using the back doing dishes. So we understand what struggles like, okay? And it's just confusing
1:40.3	because so much of success, whether you want to believe it or not, whether you want to say it's woo, happens between your ears, not on the field. Okay? It's just a simple fact. But fortunately,
1:50.3	we got the Gdad here today to shed some light on the topic. So Mr. Barbarino, why is it that the
1:55.7	first million is the hardest? Full disclosure, everybody, Jake told me the topic 30 seconds before we were recording,
2:01.6	but I got flooded with so many ideas. And I had to write them down because for me, it was a
2:06.7	struggle. Who is Gino the millionaire? Why does he deserve to become a millionaire? I'm self-sabotaging
2:12.7	myself. How many of you out there have done to themselves? I mean, when I started out, Jake, I'm like, bro, why do I deserve to be a millionaire?
2:19.1	Because my mom would always tell me, let's play small.
2:22.0	Don't take to which risk.
2:23.2	You know, you make enough to feed your family.
