| 1:23.0 | this stuff. See what ain't right. Just twist the knob and see what happens. Because if you keep doing the same things, if you keep reacting the same way, if you keep thinking the same thoughts, you know what you're going to get? |

| 1:35.3 | And if you keep trying those same old diets, you're going to keep getting the same old results of those same old diets always give you. |
