Welcome to a special episode of the Chris Terrell podcast. Now, if you listen to last week's episode,

0:06.8

you heard that I shared a little fun story where I recorded a podcast and left it on my hard drive back in Arkansas when I went on vacation.

0:14.2

What I planned to do was to edit it up and upload it while I was on vacation. No big deal.

0:19.2

And then I forgot it. I forgot to bring it with me.

0:24.7

And that was unfortunate. But here's the cool thing about this. We had a happy little accident.

0:31.3

Last week, I wasn't sure what to do. So I uploaded a Guild exclusive podcast episode to the podcast.

0:37.4

And I hope you got some great value out of that.

0:39.0

If you missed that last week, be sure to go check that out.

0:42.6

But that left me with a problem this week. What am I going to do?

0:47.0

All I had with me was my wireless lavalier mic, and not usually where I record the podcast on, and I was thinking about what I could do. And I've recorded the podcast on it before. It wasn't my favorite. And I thought, you know what? Why not try something a little new? Why not get a little creative? Let's lean into what's happening, right? I'm all about being resourceful.

1:14.3

And look, on a weight loss journey, you're going to have to be hell of resourceful to get things done.

1:20.6

And what I thought I would do is go on a walk and record as I go.

1:24.0

But it's actually easier to record this with a video.

1:26.9

So you're listening to audio from a video.

1:30.0

And if you want to watch along with me,

1:33.5

and I'm going to tell you in a second why you might want to do that, you could do that over my YouTube channel, which I'll put a link to it in the show notes, or you can go to Chris Terrell

1:37.8

coaching on YouTube and find it there. But what I'd like to invite you to do is if you're able to, I would like you to

1:46.9

go on a walk with me. So if you're actually, if you're at work or something, or if you're driving,

1:52.4

I'm going to invite you to stop listening to the podcast episode and go and listen to it when you're

1:59.0

able to go on a walk.

2:04.0

And I'm in a video my walk.

2:06.8

And why don't you come walk with me?
