For me, like you, I never had formal sales training.

I've just done it over years of negotiating so many different things.

And, you know, I developed my own way of doing it,

not able to close. And it's because they just don't truly understand the product in and out.

And so I revamped my sales training to just being like okay dude first week. It's just all product if you don't know the product in and out you ain't gonna make it.

talking about kind of scaling teams and figuring out what makes people successful.
