One thing he mentioned was just being authentic to yourself and everything else.

I don't know be more personable. So I mean I can't make miracles happen but you can only do so much but what I would say is one I would say two things one start just being interested.

Mmm. That's interesting. And so a lot of times people are more unique and interesting than we give them credit for and oddly introverts while they talk a lot less they observe more so they're also able to pick up more behavioral traits and differences and different psychological signs and body

language and things like that.

So I think the quickest way to do it is, one, I think people are hesitant and not confident in their self because they're so worried that everyone's judging them.

And they're walking into a store, they're looking at me, I don't look good today.
