been something that we've had to do together and not often does our work overlap and this was

just a fun way that we've been doing this in our home in our marriage

in our parenting with our kids and and even in our work life we want to have a rhythm of

connections because that's one of the rhythms so yeah so rhythms for life is really built around what are the types of rhythms we can put into place

that help us live a thriving life, help us enjoy life more, help us be more present

for one another, help us be more physically attuned

and the habits that we're forming,
