Five management myths that are killing business.

Most companies go out of business because of one reason and one reason only,

and there is mismanagement, period.

Not the economy, not the government, not tax, that crap, mismanagement.

From who? The entrepreneur.

Most of the time when I look at a business,

the reason they're

struggling is one of these two things. Marketing, not enough customers, not enough

clients, or management. They have a bad team, lousy team, or no team. Nine out of

ten, marketing and management. They both down to these two things. So what's wrong with most management techniques out there?
