My friend, I have a question for you today.

This is a good one, especially if you've got big goals,

if you've got big plans,

if you want to break some records in your life in the coming months.

And it's this.

This is the question and please be honest with yourself, right?

Because we can't cheat ourselves really ever, can we? I mean, we can't cheat ourselves really,

can we?

I mean, we can lie temporarily to ourselves

to soothe ourselves, but when we think about it,

we know in our heart what it is that we most want

and we want to be conscious and ask ourselves look are we

holding ourselves back are we doing the things or are we perhaps not right self

confidence is rooted in self-trust if you're in self-confidence is rooted in self-trust. If you're in self-coaching society, you hear me say this a lot.

The word confidence has a Latin origin, confeder, meaning to trust. So self-trust and self-confidence are the same thing. So we can't

trust ourselves when we know we're secretly lying to ourselves, right? I always say that the best

self-help is just telling yourself the truth. So I want to ask you this with your big goals, big plans, big dreams,

are you putting yourself in the way of opportunity?

Now I want to tell you about an exchange that I had online with someone who was requesting, I'm not always on my dims, I have someone who was requesting. I'm not always on my

DMs, I have someone who helps me with those, but there was
