How do you feel now that we're a little bit into 2023?

Hmm? It's a good question, isn't it?

I heard there was this incredible study that shared that it's actually towards the end of January early

February where we can really peak in terms of feeling anxious, in terms of feeling depressed depressed often because we put so much pressure

onto a new year, right? As if when the calendar strikes midnight on a New Year's Eve, we're like, okay, clean slate. And that brings with it a lot of expectation, right?

It brings with it pressure that we put on ourselves to perform differently, to live better, to improve X, Y, Z. And I'd like to offer you something today, which

is one of my favorite quotes from Eckhart Tolle. And this always allows me to feel calm if I'm not having the exact year that I want

day that I want week that I want result that I want feedback on a project whatever it is that I

want I love to remind myself of this.

So hopefully this can bring you some soothing today, especially if there's something in

your life right now that isn't what you want, right?

Maybe it's a relationship status, maybe it's something that's happening at work,

maybe feel frustrated, stuck in some area.
