Here's a take that's going to surprise you.

The first round of the 2026 NFL draft should not be quarterback robust for the New York Jets.

That's actually where we will begin our first question.

John, Todd McShay speculated

that all the quarterbacks we are talking about will stay in school this year. It's really not

that far-fetched given how much money these kids are making in college. If the Jets are not in a

position to draft a quarterback high next year, what should they do? Would you be okay running it back

with fields and replacing Tyrod Taylor with someone like Gardner Minshu, who is younger should they do? Would you be okay running it back with fields and replacing Tyrod

to try and swing a trade for Mack Jones? None of the options seem great. I have many thoughts on this.

My first thought is that most of these quarterbacks are probably going to enter the NFL draft.

I don't think we're to the point yet where the finances in college make it a better move

to stay in school an extra year. I think that there's a lot of risk if you go back to school,

because if you're someone who was going to be a first round pick this year and you stay in school and you're, you have
