0:15.6	Thank you. Hello and welcome. My name is Gino Barbera, one of the co-founders of Jake and Gino. And in today's lesson, we're going to be discussing why most people fail at closing their first multifamily deal. Now, I've seen it time and time again when I had the Jake and Genoa community.
