President Biden's $2 trillion social spending and climate change agenda is in its most tenuous

position yet after a year of stops and starts.

On Sunday, West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin announced in the TV interview that he will

not support the Build Back Better Plan.

Of course, Democrats slid majority in the Senate means nothing passes without the support

of every single Democratic Senator.

It was apparently a surprise to the White House and other leaders in the party.

So today, we're going to take a look at Manchin's rationale and where Democrats might go
