it's that things are always changing. The only constant is that there are no constants. And every

once in a while, you have to take a step back and actually confront the brutal facts of your

reality, the good, the bad, and the ugly in order to keep moving

forward. Even when it's terrifying, even when you have built your whole identity around the old

way. All that to say, I've been making some pretty major changes in my business lately,

and it all started with confronting some brutal truths that I didn't really want

to see. But I forced myself to. So today, we're going to talk about it.
