| 1:08.2 | I did that because my wife, Ava, was a runner, and she seemed to be enjoying it. |
| 1:13.5 | It was like, okay, why not? Seems to be working for her. And I started by running from one mailbox |
| 1:21.2 | to the next in our neighborhood, basically the size of, the length of a yard. |
| 1:29.4 | And it kicked my butt. |
| 1:30.3 | I was out breath. |
| 1:32.0 | I was, okay. |
| 1:33.5 | Mission accomplished. |
| 1:34.5 | We're done here. |
| 1:36.0 | Went home. |
| 1:39.8 | Next day, ran to that mailbox and added one more. |
| 1:41.5 | Kicked my butt. |
| 1:42.6 | Okay, we're done. |
| 1:43.4 | Went home. Each day I added a mailbox. After about two or three weeks, I was able to run an entire mile. |
