maybe something like a sport, maybe something artistic,

0:36.1

maybe it's even learning a language or cooking, it's proven that the more we make progress in our lives the happier we are and it is fun to have this rich diverse life experience right because like you know we work we often have our like entertainment in our lives, right?

1:57.5

I don't need any pleasure in my life. I don't need anything else. Like, this is so fun. This is such a gift what a privilege for me to be able to do this

2:08.2

I love love love my work I love love love to read actually that might be the only hobby that I have but even my

2:16.3

reading somehow always parlays into my work I'm often reading the books of authors

2:22.0

who I have here on the podcast or I'm reading self-help because hey I'm a life coach right that's my business to be doing that or I'm reading fiction that I love, which is of course a lovely break and yet still I find

2:37.1

resonance with characters and find stories and connect to emotions and somehow tend to just relate it back to my work.

2:46.0

So I have my work, I have my reading,
