So here's the thing, entrepreneurs, leaders, sales people. We all want to create consistent,

repeatable and scalable ways to grow our business and our income. And we want to do it better,

Well, just defining what this organization is, so that people don't have the stereotype that I had.

You just coaches, just do the motivational.

No, because people will always be, like people are cynical, people will always be stereotypical, like that's just I mean I am you are you travel enough you see the world you know we see it through our filter so like I think what we try and do fundamentally is is alter people's filter of how the business could be done, right?

How many more homes they could sell, how much better satisfaction service they could provide.

I don't believe in inspiration.

I don't believe in motivation. All of us with kids know

every one of our children is massively motivated. The question is to do what?

after that as the market adjusts that you either do some shit that's different that

works no one like guys no one cares if an agent in your office or you or someone

you know doesn't do what they're supposed to do. No one cares. So if they fail, no one cares.
