0:36.2 | And so as things crowd in our busy schedules, we tend to lose focus and drive. |

0:44.7 | maintain focus and drive in working out and it's really summed up in one word and |
0:50.2 | that's hiking. Before you dismiss that because you say, |

0:58.0 | But my motivation for even going to the gym or going for a run |

1:04.1 | push-ups is partially because I want to be up to snuff so that when I do go on |
1:11.0 | an exerting hike I can actually physically do it. So there's actually |
1:15.8 | a purpose, a motivation that I have that helps me maintain myself in situations where I'm exercising. So let me break this down for you |
