So over the past 50 years and specifically over the past 10 years, we've seen issues that I've covered on the show before continue to increase.

Issues like hypothyroid diagnosis, childhood obesity, testosterone levels plummeting

in men, all of those things have continued to grow. But what's probably outpaced, any health

issue in recent years has been mental health issues with Gen Zers. In fact, Gen Z reports by far having the worst mental health of any generation.

In fact, listen to this, 42% of Gen Zers have been diagnosed with a mental health condition.

42% almost half of this, has a mental health disorder.

And only 15 percent of Gen Z said their mental health was actually good or their well-being
