to dive more into what that even means what a responsive body is um and then ultimately why your body

stops responding to a calorie deficit so we're going to understand what creates a

responsive body and what that means, but then why if you're someone who is, you know, maybe you're

eating less, you're in a deficit and you feel like you're moving more and your body has just

stopped responding. We're going to talk about why that is today. So first of all, when I say

responsive body, I don't mean broken. You are not broken. And it also doesn't mean that nothing

is happening. What I mean when I say your body is not responding to fat loss or maybe it's not

as responsive to fat loss. We're talking fat loss

has stalled or slowed significantly. That energy, sleep, digestion, all of those things are

declining. They're very poor. Progress just feels much harder instead of easier. Hunger is super

high. Motivation to follow diet is not great. And this is one of

those where I want to stress your body is not broken. This just means that your body has adapted.
