But yeah, today's episode, we're talking about discipline. And this is something that I wanted to talk about because I can't even tell you how many times someone will just send a DM on Instagram or even a question,

but it's usually just a message when I'll post like usually I do the polls, like going, you know,

before my workout or going to the gym.

Let me first state, if you have been around a while, you know that I do not

lift seven days a week, but I do move my body in some form or fashion seven days a week. On the

weekends, that's usually cardio or walking. I lift right now four days a week, which is great for me.

Work is more hectic, so five days is a little more challenging.

So I've been lifting four days, following the workouts in the monthly membership,

and then just adding my cardio on the weekends.

Anywho, with that, because I show up daily to move my body,
